REFUND POLICY

To maintain quality and fairness, we operate under the following refund policy:

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final once work has begun.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits

  • Completed stages of work

  • Time-based services (ads management, automation setup, consultations)

  • Digital deliverables already sent

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund may only be issued if:

  • No work has started

  • The order was paid for by mistake and reported immediately

  • We fail to deliver the service and no work was done

4. Quality Disputes

If the Client is unsatisfied, we will:

  • Provide revisions within the scope

  • Offer solutions to improve the output

Refunds are not granted based on preference changes after work has been completed.

5. Chargebacks

Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will result in:

  • Immediate termination of ongoing services

  • Legal evidence submission to the payment processor
